S.A.I.L. (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Exercise Group, under the direction of Janet Boon, meets at Woodland Presbyterian Church Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:30-10:30 (summer hours). All adults and seniors welcome.
