Stay Active and Independent for Life




S.A.I.L. (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Exercise Group under the meets at Woodland Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, Mondays and Fridays.

Summer hours: 9:00am to 10:00, Mondays and Fridays.

On Mondays only, an additional “Slow and Go” class will begin at 10:15.
