S.A.I.L. (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Exercise Group under the  meets at Woodland Presbyterian Church Mondays and Fridays, 10:45-11:30 (summer hours). All adults and seniors welcome. Attendance limited.  Please call Church office for more information. 360.225.8941.
