Joey Ostrand, from Ridgefield Washington, received his BA in Music with an emphasis in education from Concordia University in Portland and is now pursuing a Masters degree in Music Education from Portland State University. He was very active in the music department at Concordia, being involved with and having some leadership positions in the Concert Choir, the Christi Crux Vocal Ensemble, Handbell ensemble, Wind Ensemble and Brass ensemble. The music ministry at Woodland Presbyterian Church has provided the opportunity to work with both the Chancel Choir and the JuBELLation Handbell ensemble. The congregation at WPC is truly blessed with many gifted individuals who all come together offering their individual gifts, time, and talents to God. Glory to God!
